Compensation & Bonuses
Employees receive highly competitive wages and are paid for any hours over

40 when allowed by the customer.  Bonuses are paid for all successful

marketing efforts, proposal writing efforts, as well as recruitment bonuses.

Profit sharing bonuses are paid yearly based on the company’s ability to contribute.
 

Paid Time Off
Holiday Schedule
Tabis Group, Inc. offers ten (10) paid holidays per year, one of which is a floating holiday that can be used on any of the four days during the year (Columbus Day, the day before Christmas, the day after Thanksgiving, or the employee’s birthday). Floating holidays are not carried over if not used during the year.  Holidays follow the federal government schedule.
 

Vacation/PTO
Vacation is accrued based on hours worked and can be carried over into the next year. Years of service with Tabis Group determines the accrual rate:
0 to 3 years  20 days
4 to 7 years  23 days

8 and over  25 days

Bereavement Leave
Up to three days bereavement leave is available in the event of a loss of an immediate family member. ​

Employees are paid regular wages while serving on jury duty.
